| Dominick | After 25 good years my furnace called it quits. My original furnace and A/C system was installed by Cool -O- Matic back in the mid 90's and aside from some regular maintenance I did not have any issues until the secondary heat exchanger clogged up with soot &rust. I called Cool -O- Matic and spoke with Tom who is very professional and responsive. After verifying the furnace was in fact clogged he did a thorough evaluation of my home taking measurements to determine sq. footage, taking into account the number of windows, which direction N,S.E,W the windows face, number of air returns, hot or cold spots in the home and came up with a detailed proposal on BTU's for the furnace and optimal tons for the A/C unit. Tom explained in easy to understand terms my options and recommended the Bryant brand. The installation was flawless, the engineers were very professional and thoroughly cleaned up when they we're done aside from the new furnace and A/C unit you never even know they we're there. I highly recommend Cool -O- Matic. |
