| Martin Mason | An absolute ripoff, there's no question about it. The brush bar on my Dyson wasn't spinning so I took it in for servicing. I foolishly paid the 35 nonrefundable deposit for them to look at it because it would be used against the cost of repair. Little did I imagine they'd come back with an outrageous repair cost of 110. When I balked and asked for my vacuum back they began dropping the repair cost. They asked me to just pay another 35 and they'd fix it, that would have been a cost of 70. I took my Vacuum and called Dyson, it was a minor problem and they fixed it for free. I've written off my 35. to a lesson learned but you don't have to. Stay away from these guys. |
