| Claudia Lopresti | They came out for my central Air. First visit was told I to change the batteries to the thermostat. I was not home at time , so when i got home and tried to but it doesn't require batteries. Waited another 10 days for them to come back. Came back said a part needs replacing , was told 5 to 8 business days. 3 weeks later and after several calls to them they finally returned my call .Excuse that my number was busy...what??? Busy its a cell . So then they came out replaced part and guess what still didn't work. Called them and you guessed it...still no return call!!! Process as taken 7 weeks. What a joke. Calling someone else...stay clear of this company. Excuse after excuse. |
| JamesR | Mark is the man. Came to my home for two separate jobs. First my heater wasn't working. He diagnosed the problem instantly and I was up an running in less then 30 minutes. Second time we used him was Monday July 29th. He came out to replace the compressor in our AC unit. He came on time did an expert job and we were up and running in 2 hours. The AC is working like it was brand new. Highly recommend !!! |
