Appliance Repair by Home Services at The Home Depot in Linden, New Jersey

Not happy with this home depot for the reason being i bought bamboo floor from them and thay stated it's dent and scratch resistant, so i bought it and per home depot employee an underlayment was needed to complete the installation but per manufacture it needed a glue but anyway i did not know that before so the story goes like this after few days of installation i am starting to see dent on it already it's not even a week and i heard bamboo floor was good so anyway i contacted their store manager and they said nothing can be done at this point i told them that i was not educated on the floor so i was not even asking for any money just give me a another type of flooring and all they could do is give me 100 for misunderstanding, i did tell them i don't need money i just need new flooring but they are not helping me. I told them i still have the boxes and I'll rip the floor out and return it and i have about one year on returns when you buy on the home depot card do either way they get me new floor or I'll be returning the floor that i was not educated on it properly.
