| Dylan C | Don't deal with these losers. Said they would be there between 12-2pm, my front gate as well as front door was wide open. Nobody ever showed I call at 2pm she said someone was there and the operator left a voicemail. I did not receive a voicemail and my phone did not show an incoming call. She said she would contact the tech and get back to me but she didn't. I called back and I asked if they were here which they weren't why didn't they call me? First she says she doesn't recognize my name which is a joke because I recognized her voice from calling her 5 minutes ago same person obviously. This company will tell you outright lies without any regard for the customer. I challenge them to provide me the phone records that they tried calling me and left a voicemail as they said they did lies. Worst ever experience, I'll call someone local next time rather than a national franchise. DO NOT TRUST THESE SHAM FRANCHISE OWNERS! |
