The company is continually inaccurate with their appointment book missing appointments, with their filter recommendations wrong and their ability to properly install reverse osmosis systems. Think twice before getting into this frustrating relationship. The attention to detail and service is poor.

Very nice, friendly, and punctual. We purchased the house a year ago, and they had serviced the system in the passed and knew everything about it already over the phone which was nice. I scheduled a service, and I was very surprised the day of that the maintenance person only looked at everything, and had nothing to actually do the work. I had to schedule a second appointment. Outside of that though, the actual service was very good and helpful, and the worker was nice and knowledgeable.
