Have not had a good experience with them so far. Purchased the New Leaf protection on a fridge that I bought through AJ Madison. They sent a repair man when I called and said the fridge was leaking, and it's less than 5 years old. I could only have him come on a Saturday as they don't do evenings during the week when I'd be home from work. However, whatever the repair man did has made the leaking a lot worse and now I'm waiting another 2 weeks for the same repair man to return as I'm told he's the only person who services NYC and praying that the 2nd time around he may actually fix the problem. I don't know why it is that when you call RATV and the lady on the other end says "I'll call you back..." that she never actually calls back either. So the customer service as well as the quality of the workmanship is really lacking.

RA has been servicing my lg dual wash and dryer for over 5 years now. Sal is excellent at diagnosing and fixing this machine. It's been worth him fixing the machine about once a year or so vs me buying a new one. I've had to replace a drum, get the lint thingy cleaned twice, had a hole in the rubber casing, pump replaced etc... I use this machine almost daily so being able to call on ra tv really helps. Scheduling has always been easy and clear. They come when scheduled. One time they had to order a part and come back and that was easy too. Thanks RA TV!!
