Robert came out, and the first thing that impressed me was that he put on shoe covers before entering my apartment. He then quickly diagnosed my issues, showed me and explained the problems and gave me a very fair price for the repair. After I approved, he gathered all the necessary equipment and went to WORK! He removed and replaced all items in my freezer, repaired it AND he also cleaned out all the dust under and behind it when he was done. I was amazed and pleased at the level of service I received.
