| Helen Aguirre | SCAM! This man came to my house to pickup my Samsung 42' TV and asked for a deposit of 85. He later called and said he fixed the tv and the total cost would 250 parts and labor. When he arrived with the tv it did not work! He packed the TV in his van once again. Claiming he had no idea what went wrong, assuring me it would be fixed ASAP. A month later I receive a phone call from BMI TV repairs requesting , I call Samsung myself and order parts worth 500 with no garuntee the TV would work. When I refused and asked for my TV back BMI refused to return my 5000 TV to my home unless I purchased the parts required to “fix” the TV. Finally , he agreed to order the parts and charged me an additional 800 for his work. In conclusion my TV worked for one month and I had to purchase a new TV. I had the original Samsung TV checked once again and it was found that the parts used to repair the TV were not Samsung parts and the mother board he claimed to have replaced was never replaced! I would not recomend this place to anyone ! This was a total scam ! Terrible business and the customer service was even worse. |
