The appointment was made for the week of thank goodness, Colton arrived on time, he had great customer service skills and worked thoroughly to figure out the problem and gave me a temporary solution. The part needed arrived in a timely manner, about a week or so, and they sent out Sal in the evening to replace the broken piece.
