| Brianna White | Purchased oil from falcon fuel. Do not, I repeat do not call them for oil or anything! The owner is rude and basically told me I am not getting anything free just because the oil they sent was a bad batch. The service is horrible. The oil guy never came in to see if everything was okay and also left the receipt in the mailbox. The owner basically told me that I used all my oil that's why water was in my heat when clearly I did not use any of the gallons they provided. I didn't use it at all and for him to straight up tell me I did is so messed up. They don't know any about heat or cooling. The least they can do is pick up the baD oil that was drained out but can't even do that. He wouldn't come out at 8pm at night because I had to be on a maintenance plan like who says that. Their lazy and rude. The company will never make it the way they speak to people! Stay clear away! |
