I had a technician come out to my home For a clogged drain on my washing machine. He took the washing machine apart said he could not finish because he could not properly reconnect the hose. He said he would be back the next day at 9 a.m and never showed up. While unclogging my washer drain, now my washer is leaking. This company did not have the decency to call us to let us know the technician could not return. We had to call the company to find out what time he would be back to reconnect the drain and reassemble my washer, at that time when we called in to inquire, the company told us initially they could not reach the technician and then told us he could come out at 1pm. Unfortunately, we could not do 1pm because we would not be home. We called the company back 2 days later to let them know the technician did not complete the job and in fact made it worse because now my washer is leaking. Spoke to a gentleman by the name of Ari and he refused to help me out stating that I did not pay the service fee on the first night they came out to my home- well, of I didn't because 1- the technician arrived an hour and a half past the time frame, did not leave my home until 8:30pm and did not complete the repair- in fact made the repair worse because now my washer is leaking and left my washer completely disassembled when he left. My intention was to pay him the next morning when he came back to complete the job. Ari told me I would have to pay an additional 75.00 on top of the 75.00 for the first trip out to send another technician to complete the job. Then he proceeded to tell me it would be an additional 250.00 for parts on top of all that. SO- 400.00 for 3 days of frustration and my washer is still leaking- which it never was to begin with. SO there you have it this is the customer service you get when dealing with this company. Side note- technician was a very nice guy but had an injury to his arm while trying to repair my machine. The very fact that this company would send only one technician with an arm injury to repair a washer is completely absurd. He clearly needed help which is why he could not repair the machine to completion.

My dishwasher stopped working so I decided to call them up after doing initial checks on the unit myself. The technician arrived soon after and quickly assessed the problem. He fixed it and had it working in no time. I am grateful for their professional and efficient services the company provides.
