| Leslie Bolen | Had an apt scheduled today between 8am-Noon. We did have some rough weather today, so when I hadn't heard anything by noon I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps they were running behind because of the weather although a phone call would've been the professional thing for them to have done. By 1:45 I was livid. They were a no call, no show. I refuse to give my business to a company that shows a complete disregard for my time, and a blatant lack of professionalism. They are a perfect example of what's wrong in this world, and 1 Star is far more than they deserve. |
