Residential Air Systems RAS is AAA++++....After 23 years our heater exchange went, so I called 3 reputable companies including RAS for estimates. I wanted a new furnace, condenser, air handler/coil, air cleaner, humidifier, thermostat, and water heater tank. Not only did Devin from RAS give excellent recommendations and options to work within my budget, he provided a fair price, with superior equipment and a better warranty both on parts and labor. There were no sales gimmicks, and I never felt any pressure to make a decision. Vickie handled all the paperwork which made the process so simple and the install went perfectly. Every single employee on the job was a well-trained professional, respectful of our home, extremely careful and neat. This is a high quality and honest company that cares about its customers and its reputation. I've already recommended them to two friends of ours as well!

Our old furnace broke down and we called unsure of whether we'd repair or replace. RAS was able to come the same day. Both Ed, the owner, and Devin took their time with us and walked us through the different options and pricing. They listened and helped us decide on what was appropriate for us and didn't try to oversell us on a system that would potentially be overkill for our needs. We chose to replace and RAS was able to do the install the next day! Both Ed & Devin were very responsive to our follow-up phone calls and questions. Every member of the team that did the install was polite, friendly and professional. Devin dropped by the next day to deliver something and took additional time to check on everything again and help us set-up the new thermostat we purchased. I can't recommend RAS enough!
