Operations Sunshine | On 5/13/14 Cali Trading performed some A/C work on my property Invoice No. 0001 from the beginning there was an issue with the cooling system, by the time Cali Trading came out to fix the issue the summer was over and I had no need for an A/C system. It wasn't until the heat came back next year that I turned on my system to notice that the same problem that existed from the beginning still exists to date. The problem being the "cooling zones" which essentially means that when I try to turn on, for example, my rooms A/C system the A/C turns on in the basement instead, when I try to turn it on in the Basement it turns on in the attic. Today 7/18/16 I called the business to see what could be done about this issue, but I was met with rude customer service rep by the name of Johanna owners wife. Out of nowhere a seemingly civilized conversation resulted in yelling by Johanna. I tried to keep my cool, but after noticing her incompetence I raised my voice as well after listening to her yell at me I ended the call by saying that I was going to make sure no one will ever do business with them again after the way we were treated. Johanna then proceeded to call my office again and spoke with my office manager stating that she [Johanna] has recorded the whole conversation and needed our names because we threatened her. At no point in time was this a personal matter where threats were needed to come up, this whole conversation was a business matter and the quote unquote threat was that Cali Trading will lose business because of the way they treat customers, especially those who spend high amounts of money. |
