Great experience. We needed a plumber on short notice. Russo Bros. had someone at our house in an hour. We needed to have a hot and cold so spihot and a gas line valve installed. The tech was very courteous, professional and completed the job with no issues. He explained all that was a done and cleaned up after completion. Excellent job. I highly recommend Russo Bros.

After 3 days with very limited water, a very leaky pipe, phone calls not being returned, I finally gave up on South Orange Plummer that I used for 17 years. I called Russo Bros and Co for same day service based on a recommendation from my electrician and a community group on Facebook. I have to say I am extremely happy with the service. From how I was handled on the initial call,.to the advance phone call that notified me that the plummer was on his way, the manner in which they went about solving my water problem, the pricing and the fact they actually called me after the visit to make sure things went ok really impressed me. Russo Bros was quick, efficient and gave me recommendations on how to resolve the problem in the future. I will be using them again and I highly recommend their service,

The entire experience was great. I moved into a new home in January and Discovered there was no heat. The associate on the phone was very friendly and accommodating. They sent out technician Michael M. Who arrived within 30 min. He did an amazing job uncovering the issue and quickly fixing our heat!!! Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Discussed several other issues with old equipment that our inspection uncovered. Provided reasonable quotes for a follow up appointment to complete additional work. Russo Bros. Is very fortunate to have such a great employee! Would definitely recommend him again.
