Very fair pricing and timely work. I get my dress shoes done here for heels and soles. Honest owners, when I asked if I should do soles and heels he told me wait on the soles, better to have new soles for the winter so you don't slip on ice. Could've easily just sold me on both.

Used this shop about 5 times so far heel, sole, zipper replacements. Old-time shoe repair expertise that is now hard to find. Very good work. Not cheap. But worthwhile for good shoes and boots worth saving - which is what a shoe repair shop should be.

We brought a piece of luggage to this store for zipper repair recently. We were disappointed with their service for the following two reasons: 1. We were told the repair would have been completed in a week's time. When I went there after a week, I was told they haven't even started the work yet. As a result we had to return there for a 2nd time on a later day to pick it up. 2. The repair was not done as expected. They used a zipper that didn't really fit the luggage and the luggage pull was much smaller than the original one. When we asked why it was not fixed to meet the original spec, the staff simply brushed us off and did not provide any measure to mend the issue. For luggage repair, we would not recommend this business. It is better to bring your luggage to a luggage specialty store for repair, rather than a shoe repair store that does luggage repair on the side.
