| Stephanie Frith | So disappointed with this service. Our service person, Mike, was very professional and courteous, The scheduled follow up visit was for today, Friday afternoon. He arrived, very much in a rush, and said he needed to get this done and get to his next 2 stops within 40 minutes. He wanted to be done. He "fixed" the washer and set it to rinse and left. Upon the completed rinse cycle he left it on, the washer would not operate and just keeps flashing an F36 message. I called to have him return and fix the problem, only to be told he was already out of the area and I would have to wait until Monday. With 2 little kids and a visiting Grandmother, this is not possible - I need my washing machine. Incredibly rude and unprofessional, and I have no washing machine that works yet they have my money. Ridiculous. |
