| Alex Shvartsman | After having a very good experience with their plumbing repair services, we reached out to them when we had an issue with the furnace. They spent almost three hours and still didn't fix it. However, they wanted to charge us for all this time and a temporary part. Once they would receive a new part, we would have to pay again for the new part and the time installing it. Once we pushed back for these unfair charges, they decided to reduce the time to be charged for. However, they increase an hourly rate. Not professional at all. Obviously, they are lacking experience in fixing furnaces and are unfair in charging for their services. We will not use them again. |
