Bought all my furs from here. The best quality and price. The alterations were done perfectly and with expertise to what I wanted with personalized service. I store and clean my furs here every year. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My wife dropped off 4 furs in May for cleaning, conditioning and storage. Granted there are several years old and she missed having it done last year, so they were a little dry, but all were intact. Over 500 later she picks them up in November, brings them home, and one sleeve on one of the furs was falling off. She takes it back, talks with the exact same gentleman who initially inspected all the furs in May, and now they want to charge her for repairing something that wasn't that way when she dropped it off. No offer of even splitting the cost much less an apology and an offer to take care of it. Oh well, we'll go somewhere else and pay them to fix it, and guess where her 5th fur won't be purchased at
