Appliance Repair by Equipment Marketers in Cherry Hill, New Jersey

I read the other reviews which prompted me to write this one. I just purchased 14 new machines from them. Their prices are better than other companies I spoke to. Their price includes everything delivery, installation, haul away...where other companies were charging extra. I bought a brand I am not familiar with, so I am hoping they will perform well and repairs will be minimal. I agree dealing with their service department is not a great experience and the warranty only covers parts, not labor. I have my own repair guy so hopefully he can fix them when needed. But overall I like dealing with this company. They are not pushy like their competitors. The president and the Primus rep came to my Laundromat and met with me and answered all my questions. Their trade shows are fantastic and informative.

Hard to get a straight answer on when a tech can come out & service the machines. Plus getting someone on the phone has been a pain. They need a better service turn around time & they NEVER return calls. 2 Thumbs Down. I'm on call back 6 & I still can't get answer when they will show up & its been a WEEK!!

Very unprofessional. Have had many poor dealings with this company over the years. Today one of there employees was very rude to me. I spoke with the owner who tried his best to make excuses for this employee. The only reason I have purchased more equipment from them over the years is they have a sales guy Justin that is always very helpful. I will be doing much more business with them in the future, I have had enough.
