| angelo gambino | This company sucks. Went thru my home warranty insurance to fix my dryer and they assigned Abotts. They come out charge 90 for service. Then never heard back from them again. Left messages never returned any calls. Had to call my insurance and they had to assign me with new company. 5 weeks later and still no dryer |
| David De Jesus | I went through my home warranty company for service and was assigned Abbott's. They showed up to my house in a passenger car no business logos. The tech walked into my house with no tools and asked me what was wrong with dishwasher. I told him heating coil wasn't working. He opened the door, noted the model, serial number and advised he will order parts. He was at my house for 5 minutes and didn't troubleshoot anything. I waited a week didn't hear anything so I contacted my warrant company. They called Abbott directly and was advised the dishwashers mother board failed and it wasn't repairable. Totally different diagnostic then the tech provided on scene. Warranty company did not help me when I explain the tech didn't troubleshoot and offered me 100 to replace a 2 year old dishwasher. This company and my warrant company Total Home Protection are both scam artist working together. STAY AWAY OR THE JOKES ON YOU!!! |
