At first it seemed to be an issue of doing some cleaning. Unfortunately, that did not help, and A&H were really responsive and came to install some new parts. When that did not solve the issue, Andre and his team really took responsibility and came back to do another thorough investigation to try to find the main issue. Andre and his team really take the time to explain what they are doing. The issue got fixed to great satisfaction. Andre and his team are not only very knowledgeable, honest and customer-friendly, but they are just nice guys! I can wholeheartedly recommend this company and will definitely call on them in the future, if needed. |
