Last year one of the employees came out to service our units and didn't do the job. The owner said he had problems with that employee and would make it right. When we called to follow up on his promise to make it right we were told he wasn't available. He's supposed to be a friend of my cousin. Some friend... He should have made the effort to follow up and make it right.

We have been a business customer since 1999. We originally had an old monster heater. Accurately Control always sent someone out who knew the heater.. They made sure that the heater was in working condition. Since, I have updated the heater to the new state of art unit. Accurately Control installed the new heater with professionalism, knowledge of the system, and made sure we were very satisfied. I would highly recommend Accurately Control to any business. I was treated as a valued customer! Scheduling an appointment was effortless thanks, Karl as the company was able to send someone to check out my AC leak within hours! The technician Joe was so helpful and tried all possible solutions to fix my leak. The owner Eric came out to assess the issue as well and went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care and 100 satisfied with the job. The following day I received a followup phone call from the company Barbara to make sure everything was OK. I am so happy I decided to contact this company, not only did they fix the issue but they truly made me feel like their main objective was to make me happy and help me rather than just another dollar sign in their books - which is so rare nowadays. I've already shared their contact information with two other people! Awesome company!
