The woman who answered the phone was polite and helpful. The repair technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. While my dishwasher wasn't worth repairing based on age versus the estimated cost to repair, he was able to fix the dryer. In fact, he looked at the dryer, went out to get the part he needed and fixed it the same day! In conclusion, Stark Appliance Service will be my first call when appliances breakdown. |
| Sherri Smith | I find Stark Appliance to be straight forward ,courteous and trustworthy . I had a problem with my refrigerator . I would find a small puddle coming from underneath it and some of the food in the freezer getting soft I thought one of the kids had spilled something or left the door ajar . I cleaned it up and the next day found the another puddle . I called Stark and told their lady that answered what was going on . She was very nice and helpful and said she would try to fit me in by the end of that day . Their technician came out with in a couple of hours . He found that it had a small hole in hose on the back of my fridge and the hose had also come loose. He said he might have the same hose in his van , which he did . He had my fridge running perfect in about 10 minutes.They only charged me the 85 .00 which is the service fee . They did not charge me anything extra for the hose or time he spent .
