Appliance Repair by Chuck’s Used Appliances in Audubon, New Jersey

Chuck is awesome and I would definitely recommend doing business with him! Bought a washer/dryer from his family member Steve NOT AFFILIATED WITH CHUCK'S USED APPLIANCES, who was a complete nightmare. After multiple attempts to contact him in regards to my year warranty, he kept giving me the run around. After doing some digging, I found Chuck's Used Appliances and called them to see if they were affiliated with Steve. Chuck explained that they were not affiliated and even offered to help me fix my washer and dryer out of the kindness of his heart. GREAT customer service and great guy. Goes above and beyond!! P.S. I am assuming all of the negative reviews are about Steve and not Chuck!!! IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!

Worst experience EVER! He's rude on the phone AND he didnt connect my washer after he said he would!! And, he turned his phone off and his mailbox is full!!! He yelled at me today for calling him at 10pm, to try and leave a message that i couldn't leave in the first place. He NEVER told me he couldn't make it. Then today, he told me he wanted to charge me for something he said he would take care of without charging me, and wouldnt do the work until i paid him! He is extremely inconsistent in what he says and promises. Avoid him at all costs! Very bad customer service!!! After reading these reviews, I'm sorry i didn't know how terrible he is at responding to people!

Chuck and his "helper" I use this term very lightly... are sneaky SOB's. They came to my house to fix my washer. They told me my washer was fixed , when I went to check it I found they removed the sensor on the lid of my washer and cut the cord to the one attached to my washer. When I contacted Chuck he blamed it on his "helper" and said he would be back tomorrow to fix it . I thought it was odd that when apologizing he said he's not trying to get over on me .. I never insinuated he was....My guess is that he does this often and is used to people accusing him of such. Chuck did come the next day to put to sensor back in to my washer it still does not work . I texted him and called him several times with no answer . When I called from my job he answered his phone , tells me he should of never took the job because he doesn't know how to repair GE appliances.... Really CHUCK !!! maybe you should of told me that before you took my 120. It's sad you're running you fathers reputation in to the ground. SHAME ON YOU!
