| Joe Pisarri | we called one week in advance to get our septic pumped they gave us wednsday morning first stop,we work and my wife took off to wait for them in the morning.she called when they opened and the female acted suprised and said all trucks where out and she did not see us on the days schedual,my wife reminded here that we made this appointment and she took off work.they said they would call us back witch they did 2 hours later they told us we where on the list but one truck was stuck and they would get there in a little while. finnaly they called at 4:30 and said they would not make it today.my wife wasted a whole day took off work and missed afternoon appointments. they lied to us and did not have us scheduled . total disregaurd for there custormers and terible custormer service, i urge all to stay away from this company |
