I told them to go ahead and try it because the dress was unwearable. I picked it up a few days later, the dress was fixed, and they didn't charge for the extra processing. I am thankful they waited and gave me the choice on whether or not to try the extra processing. My daughter has been using them for years, and we both highly recommend them. |
