| David Eastburn | Our Whirlpool Refrigerator was leaking onto the floor. Frank McCloud came by and repaired it but it still leaked. I called him and he said it would need an ice maker kit. I agreed he should order it. A month has gone by and I have left at least a dozen messages, but no response. I called Whirlpool and they have not been able to reach him. We are presently in limbo. Whirlpool say they have put a special team on the case and will call back in five days with another repair technician. But so far, nothing. This same thing happened five years ago and Whirlpool ended up having the retailer send out a brand new refrigerator. This one is still just under warranty. What next? Stay tuned! |
