Appliance Repair by Sears Appliance Repair in Nashua, New Hampshire

This was the worst service experience ever. Parts were delayed, no one called to tell me, took time off from work for the second appointment to fix the fridge. I spent so much time on hold with customer service through the course of four days. Finally talked to two different people and cancelled the order and still haven't received a refund 6 days later. This was over a 2 1/2 week process with still no resolution.

Scheduled service for a riding mower online. Received a text and email confirmation of the appointment, followed by a call from the technician confirming the appointment. Waited all no no one came or called. After an hour on the phone with customer service I was told the appointment was cancelled they do not service the brand. The brand has to be selected before scheduling on the website, they said it was not their fault that we scheduled online and the brands listed were not correct, the brand is still listed. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Excellent service. Always arrive on time and let you know when they are on their way.
