This business comes highly rated in my opinion. Emily is so nice on the phone which is highly important when dealing with customer service over the phone. She clearly has the personality to deal with all types of situations and remain cool, calm and collected. She is clear and concise and most of all, polite. Holden showed up and despite being later than expected, he was so knowledgeable and personable I could never hold it against him for being later than I expected. Additionally he not only diagnosed the problem and correctly! quickly, but he found a way to ensure the other problem which was minor could be fixed at a lower cost to me. He understood how expensive it would have been to have to come all the way out to replace something I could do myself. I appreciated his honesty. To me, that is a sign of a good businessman. I truly cannot say one bad thing about Demers and hope they continue to provide chimney and pellet stove service in the same manner to the north country because it is something much needed up here and hard to find. Thank you!

When issues came up with the chimney and fireplace during home inspections on a home we were in the process of purchasing, we called Demers to come and inspect further. They understood that we needed it done in a timely manner before closing on the home and although it was an extremely busy time for them, they came out two days later, sent the report immediately and the quote for repairs soon after. They were prompt, thorough and super nice. We will definitely be doing the repairs as well as any future work that is ever needed with them. Thank you!!
