Appliance Repair by VIP Tires & Service in Gorham, New Hampshire

I'm not a tire expert but I feel like I got good all-season tires and also a good price on them. My car also received a much needed alignment and has been driving much better since. The service was friendly and quick, both in person and on the phone.

I went to VIP to get an oil change for my car. The oil change was way overdue so I assumed there would be extra work as well. I also asked to have new wiper blades put on as mine had been chewed up by the ice in the recent deep freeze. I have not been to VIP since the store had moved. Now there is only the oil change tire change and rotation departments there. Nick help me out at the front desk. Luke worked on my car. They brought me back to see the underneath of my car while she was up on the lift. That was a good experience for me to see why it's a good idea to wash your car several times in the winter time! I left there and went straight to the car wash. I felt well taken care of it VIP. They have a nice waiting room and a clean restroom. The staff is very friendly and don't try to take advantage of people. They were able to get me in for a same-day appointment which made me happy. There's handicap access and parking lot was clean and there is handicap parking as well.

I almost never review anything on Google but this place is worth it! They got me a great deal on winter tires, half of what I was expecting to pay. The tires were switched out in 43 minutes, just amazing. They also fixed my fog lights a week later, which weren't working for 4 or 5 years. That was done under 1 hour and for a reasonable price. I just couldn't believe it! On top of that, the people working at the front desk were also very nice and polite, and easy to talk to. I'm not going anywhere else for car service as long as I'm in northern NH.
