Appliance Repair by Sears Appliance Repair in Concord, New Hampshire

What a complete waste of money and time. When I set up the appointment I explained the issue and gave them the model number. You would think with this information they would know what parts might be needed so they could bring them. The serviceman showed up with no prior knowledge of my issue. So, he pressed a couple buttons, and came to the same conclusion that I had reached prior to setting up the appointment. He then proceeded to tell me that they could not get the part I need, it was not longer manufactured. All of this could have been told to me when I made the appointment. Instead they are demanding I pay 99 for this. I thought I could trust Sears to be helpful. Helpful would have been looking into my situation, since they had all the information they needed, prior to wasting a customer's time and money. I highly do not recommend!

I count on Sears in this area because its so hard to find an appliance repair who shows up and is actually able to fix an appliance that day. He did a great job on our 12 year old dryer with a relatively simple fix that didn't break the bank. He was very professional and courteous.
