| Victoria Finlayson | STAY AWAY! This company deserves no stars. They were hired to pump out my septic. Without my knowledge they sawed off the filter to my leach field, took it with them, then claimed my septic had failed and needed replacement. I got a second opinion a month later and the other company told me what they had done. After confronting Carl's Septic about the sabotage, they dropped off a new replacement filter to my home, and would not install it, but by then the leach field was ruined since the filter was missing for over a month. Cost me over 6,000 to dig up the backyard and replace the leach field. These people have NO MORALS! |
| Michelle Stilkey | Left 2-3 ft holes all over friends yard with septic leaking all throughout yard with septic tank cover fully exposed with young children in the home and it was like that for over a month with no shows and promises to finish the work that they never kept. They refused to come finish their work until the incomplete botched job was paid for and after hanging up on her over 8 times and being extremely disrespectful.... Horrible company, no customer service, no work ethic and not a care in the world for the health and safety hazards they left with young children at risk. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I'd give them no star if I could...PITIFUL!!!! |
