| Rare Lotus | I highly recommend this place for reasonably priced appliances. My husband and I purchased a very nice washer and dryer set from them just last week. The woman who helped us was so sweet and friendly and welcoming. As well as accommodating. She helped us to find something within our budget and delivery was fairly quick. Unfortunately, when delivery day came some snow was blocking access and they rescheduled delivery for the next day, they even arrived earlier than scheduled ! They set everything up for us and we were able to use our new washer/dryer set almost immediately. So far no issues! Everything is running smoothly and they offer a 90 day warranty on all purchases . Which is nice compared to buying used from strangers online. Also,when you pay for delivery you get a little bonus if any repairs are needed they will come to you instead of having to bring everything back to the shop for repairs. At least that was my understanding!All in all very pleased with the service and our purchase. We will be returning to purchase a fridge in the future! As they have a very great selection of items to choose from! |
