He replied which such rudeness and condescendingly yelled "ma'am excuse me I cant diagnose problems over a phone" While that might be, he didn't have to reply so rudely. I am calling about a service to be done. I'm unsure how these things go so he could have nicely said, I apologize I don't know instead of berating me. I was honestly shocked at his tone. So I replied asking if he has any idea of a range. I'm not an expert so that is the reason why i am calling a company that has expertise in this matter. He rudely replied back saying he's not even a tech and he has no idea at all. Such terrible terrible customer service. |
