In January I called to have service on my dryer. The only thing wrong was it squeaked very loud. We scheduled a week out for our time schedule. The tech came out and started to take apart the dryer but stopped when I told him what it was doing. He very nicely said I will give you a rebuild for 195 this way it will be like brand new. Great we paid cash up front and as promised he was back in 3 days he needed to get parts. Came out replaced 3 parts. Sprayed a bunch of WD-40, Turned it on and no squeaks! Tech said call him if there were any issues. The next day the squeaks were back called the tech he said oh it is another part 10 more dollars and another week of waiting. He came out put in the part but in the process broke the molding on the inside of the dryer and now the light to see in the dryer is broken. The tech said I didn't work on anything to break the light and the molding is just for looks. Really???? Within the week mind you now it is February. The dryer is squeaking again. Called and Called promises to come and repair and no show. Told it is a part that never breaks have to order, Tech has it... no he doesn't it is on order. Now it is March nothing is being done, can't get a refund. This is the WORST service I have ever had! The company doesn't care about their customers after they get money out of you! If you want something repaired you REALLY need to call another company or buy new. My biggest mistake was talking my daughter into a repair instead of buying new.

I'm a little old lady on a fixed income. I came in knowing my set I bought from here was out of there warranty. I was ready to buy another washer than the nice young lady said let me look up your warranty. She gave me another washer with out me paying anything. She told me I was only a week out and she wasn't going to charge me. I started to cry and gave her hug. Nice and caring people work here. She will never know what this means to me.

I have been buying my washer and dryer sets from here forever. For my tenants..right now I still have a kenmore set I bought seven years ago at one of my rentals. They always take good care me and make me great deal. Definitely I place I will recommend you check out.
