Had to use ALFA recently to repair my fridge and washer. What a great experience I had from start to finish. Used google to find them and I am super happy I clicked on their name random blind selection. They were able to send someone next day, which was important to me because the FOOD in my fridge was gone go bad. Tech had shoe covers and put them on without me even asking : He had to order parts for the washer, bt the fridge was fixed on the spot and that made my day. The second visit was exactly the same. Overall they are super amazing and I will keep using them all the time.

The company uses marked/branded vehicles, techs wear picture IDs, and they have parts in stock to repair most appliances. It is a pleasure to communicate with the owner and the office staff. Great website with a ton on relevant and useful information. Competitive prices, but honestly what you get for your dollar is way more in quality and service.
