| Chelsey Thompson | Don't even have my set yet and already have to rate this store a zero. I have a lot of health issues and stayed up all day when I could have been getting some extra sleep waiting for them to deliver my washer and dryer today. I was told between 1 and 3. That was a week and a half ago. I paid my month in advance as was required, and waited. 3 comes by and I call and ask if they're still coming. They say they have me on the schedule for the 25th because they have 3 other deliveries in my area. In other words, other people couldn't do Monday so they changed MY day without my permission in order to please the rest as well and to make it more convenient for THEM to not make 2 trips out here in 2 days. Praise God I will actually be home because if it was any other day this week then I won't be here. Let's see how this goes. I truly understand why this store is rated as low as it is. |
