I was not here when it arrived and my husband accepted delivery. It was right before the holidays and I never got a chance to call. I was so pleasantly surprised when the manager of the store called me to make it right. I couldn't help but ask how he even knew about it. He said his delivery guys took pictures when they were at my home my husband forgot to mention that. Within a week they ordered a new one from the factory and delivered it to my home in Eureka!
