J R | Well, I am rewriting this for the 3rd time. It's an update on everything I went through. And I feel like everyone should be aware that there is good AND BAD to everything. So, first, I waited 5 weeks for my 82 inch to get in to the store. On the 5th week, no where to be found, hadn't been shipped yet, they said said it could be 2-3 weeks longer. They offered a USED one for a discounted price. Obviously after 5+ WEEKS of waiting, we accepted. Than we bought a sound system, took 2 WEEKS to bring in the missing power cable. Finally, we explained the situation to NICK, the new manager. He was super nice and friendly. He had just begun, and offered us a free month, because of all our trouble. Payment time comes around, and guess who gets the call to pay? Yeah, there was NO RECORD in our chart about our conversation and he said “it's against corporate regulation to promise that”. My husband and I couldn't have BOTH misunderstood. As well, there was a lot of information that he told me, that I rephrased to him. Since he had just begun 2-3 days prior to our conversation, how would I know that if I hadn't spoken to him? Regardless, 1 day, 1 week, or whatever he promised, it should've been charted down . After that mess up, we decided we would rather lose hundreds, maybe thousands of money, and return everything and go purchase somewhere else. A hard thing to give up that kind of money, but also not difficult when you know you deserved to be treated better. I understand there is a new manager, and hopefully he can change this establishments reputation and build it up to be better, more PROFESSIONAL and MORE RESPECTFUL to their clients.
