They are always helpful and “stand behind” their work. I have had several phones fixed at the Papillion iFix store and have been very pleased with the service they provide at a reasonable cost.

SO DISAPPOINTED in the customer service!! In February, I had my iPhone 8 screen replaced and paid 49 for “liquid glass” to be applied. At that time, I was told liquid glass is amazing and the phone would be fixed at no cost should it ever break in the future. Today I dropped my phone and called I Fix Papillion. I spoke with the manager who failed to provide any solutions for me. I wasn't told to download an app to register the liquid glass I would not have paid 49 because I HATE apps on my phone. Since I didn't download the app, my warranty was void. The manager became super defensive and blamed the entire situation on me. According to the manager, it is standard practice to have lots of apps and warranties on a phone. I was never offered a refund of the 49 or a discount to repair my phone. I asked for the owners phone number and was refused the courtesy. There are many places to have your phone repaired- avoid this place!! They don't stand behind their warranties. I told the manager I would have to leave a poor review and he was obviously upset. All the manager had to do was make me a reasonable offer to fix the phone. Heck, I would have been happy with their current price Minus the 49 warranty I was cheated out of today. Customer service should be 1 priority, and I advise you to find someone else to work on your phone or computer.
