| Black Eagle | PROFESSIONAL THIEVES!!!! BE AWARE... One of our semi trailer's two tires flew under the trailer. Those two tires we just put them in TA Pennsylvania day before. My driver end up going to MCM. Owner I think his name is Steve told me it is going to cost me 1500 over the phone. When I asked for written estimate he says they are closing the shop for the day and it is 1500 of course no written estimate... My driver leaves the trailer and in the morning they fixed it. Driver got the bill and called me saying they want 2129 now!!!! I asked him to put the owner on the phone owner is screaming in the back I'm not talking with anyone you eighter pay me or your m.... f.... trailer stays here. By the way he only except cash or comcheck!!! To me it shows that they did this to so many people so many times they know how to screw a person who is already stuck with them .We are going to contact DMV Nebraska to file a claim and also State Troopers office and etc..It is not the amount of money being robbed and the treatment. We do not want anyone else to get rubbed and being treated this way. |
