Don't buy carpet there!!! Advertise for quick installation, but it is false advertising. Been three months since I purchased 1500 square foot of carpet. I was given less than 24 hours notice that they would not be there to install carpet the next day. We had already moved everything out of the house! Called Home Depot to ask about a different contractor and was hung up on.... twice. Trying to just return the carpet and they won't let me. It will be another 3 weeks before installers will come.... if they do.

Had you guys tell me one price on blinds and paid to have you messure and when we came in they said the sale was off so it was more then they said . It took then 5 days to measure so it was not are flat not very happy right now.

Thanks to Jerry for taking extra time to help me find the parts I needed to install a new kitchen faucet. He was very patient, asked the right questions, and found the exact parts I needed. Much appreciated.

WHATS FRUSTRATING IS WHEN THERE EMPLOYEE IS TELLING ME THEY CAN INSTALL THE CARPET IN A WEEK THAN COME TO FIND OUT ITS GOING TO TAKE A COUPLE OF WEEKS. THAN I HAVE TRACEY CALLING, TELLING ME NOW WERE GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 WEEKS!!!! NOW I HAVE TO CANCEL MY NEPHEWS BIRTHDAY PARTY I WAS GOING TO HAVE... I ASKED THEM WHAT THEY CAN DO TO HELP, THEY SAID I COULD CANCEL THE ORDER IF ID LIKE....WOWWW I WILL MAKE SURE TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I HATE WRITING NEGATIVE REVIEWS BUT THIS IS JUST UNREAL. STOP OVER PROMISING AND UNDER DELIVERING!!!!!!

Very frustrated with this company right now. I needed my flooring redone... and they charged us to come out and measure. Totally fine... figured they would. Gladly put down the deposit needed to have it done. Then, got the quote and while it was a lot more expensive than I was expecting 4K for vinyl flooring and install in a small area I still wanted to go ahead with a portion of the install. I was told that all the supplies would be delivered by a certain date. Totally fine. When I got my first delivery, many things were missing. I was told they were special ordered. Again, fine... things happen I get it. And with a flooring job you want it to look nice, so that's fine. Then the day of install, no one showed up. I called and spent the better part of the day trying to figure out where the issue happened. When I went in to have the flooring specialists go over the quote, the scheduled the install in front of me. Then on the day of, I haven't received all of the material, yet I've been billed for it all and no one showed up to do the install. Now I am out a days work for both my husband and I because we took off for the install to happen. I appreciate their staff being friendly and apologetic, but when you spend 4 thousand dollars on something... you expect it to be done well. And so far, the flooring still hasn't been completed. It's a safety issue for my young children and I will never order another thing to be installed from Home Depot again. I spend the day talking to 12 different representatives in different states no less. I should have listened to the other reviews and gone with a different company. I'm just so sad and frustrated that it ended up being such a terrible experience.
