| Christine Sharkey | Called for new garage door install. I purchased the wrong type and service tech here for 10 minutes. Talks my husband into repairing fuse on circuit board. Husband says she can change for correct type. Tech assures him repair would be much cheaper....ha,ha, total repair for new wall remote and fuse soldered on circuit board was 469.50...all for a old opener. New would have cost 250 plus hour tops labor. 4 hours labor, 2 guys @80/hour??? And it took a week, really. Denver area quotes less than that but I tried to do local business. Scottsbluff quoted less, Sterling, you get the picture. Hard to do local business when you get ranked over coals and price gouged. I will not use this company again. |
