The washer was almost 9 years old and he told me how much it would be to fix it. He then proceeded to tell me that most nes appliances have a 6-8 year life span and if it was his money he would not repair the washer. Instead of taking our money and repairing the washer, he was 100 honest and sent us to a local appliance dealer whom he is not affiliated to look at a nes Spped queen washer. He told me that if he was spending the money it is what he would buy because hes tired if getting screwed and doesnt want others to be. Super friendly and helpful and most importantly HONEST! HE MAY NOT HAVE HAD ANY MONETARY GAIN FROM OUR CONVERSATION, but he has gained a customer for life and I will recommend him to everyone I meet and to anyone I can tell about his business practice! We did purchase the washer and dryer he recommended and are 100 thrilled with them. Thank you Dan Mora for your honesty and integrity! People like you are few and far between! |
