| Evan Peters | Had a problem with my six month old LG TV dark spot on the bottom of the screen, in the middle that came to a point and extended upwards to a V type shape, contacted LG customer service due to it still being under warranty. Was contacted by Clarkson TV & Appliance a few days after I submitted a repair request, after a few emails back and forth and a couple phone calls they ordered a new panel from LG and had it overnight shipped, and were at my doorstep the very next day. Paul who came out and did the repair on site was kind and courteous, we had the new panel in, and the TV up back on the wall in around an hour. I can recommend this business to my friends and family to get the job done, and done right. Thank you! |
