| Jessica Tabor | I bought a washer and dryer a refrigerator and a dishwasher from Fred's less than a year ago. In that time we have had to have all of them fixed or serviced? The service makes the cable man look like a dream. I'm going on 4 weeks without a dishwasher this time because the service man couldn't find my house in the lower Rattlesnake, dont think you are getting small town service with this store. The serviceman comes from Spokane and you will not be a priority. Better off going to Home depot, sad when your wanting to support small town businesses |
| Jennifer Kier | I purchased a range vent that someone had brought back...they discounted it 200 dollars, which was well and good, but when we went to install it the backsplash was dented and a lot of the parts were missing. John said he would take care of it...that was this summer. I thought I would be able to use my range for Thanksgiving, then Christmas now I'm thinking Easter. We don't get any calls returned and we have actually seen the same hood on sale for less than we paid for this one. Don't shop here, there is no service after the sale. I would give no stars, but that wasn't an option. |
