| Charles Hughes | I have left my original review up but will adjust it slightly. I do have my vacuum back after they had it for over 6 weeks. It is running at this point with no issues so I am thankful for that. My largest complaint is the lack of follow through and the fact that I had to continually call them for a status update on when it would be done. John did indicate that he replaced some additional parts at no cost which I certainly am thankful for. As of know as I indicated the vacuum is working as it should be. ORIGINAL POST------- I paid 359 to get a Dyson vacuum fixed. I got it home and it worked for 5 minutes and then started doing the same thing again. I live 1.5 hours away from Missoula so my next trip in I took it back to get it fixed. They have had it back for 3 weeks now and no one there can tell me when my vacuum will be repaired and they indicated they are still waiting on a part that was supposedly ordered 3 weeks ago when I took the unit back in. |

I needed a new vacuum. They recommended the Cirrus canister. Good price - excellent product. They steered me right. The hose got damaged has and electric wire in it to operate the beater bar. They replaced it under warranty - fantastic service! |
