Brandon Sichting | It's OK. Customer service is lacking. It is not that the employees don't care it is the lack of employees. If you need some wire cut, grab a chair from somewhere and take it to the wire spools, push the service button and be prepared for a wait. If you get your wire or other supplies be prepared to scan and bag your own items. If you go across the street you will be greeted by a friendly cashier to help you get scanned, bagged and on your way. Don't get me wrong, I am very capable of scanning and bagging but should I be forced to when I am paying full price for my items. There is a grocery store called Winco where you bag your own items but you save money on the products because they are not paying a bagger. I only shop here if I am forced to. |
blinkstrike143 . | Definitely one of the more well-run Home Depots I have been into. They have a pretty good track record of keeping stock on the shelves, and the cashiers are always great here; I actually look forward to the checkout process! There's an older gal there that remembers me and she always wants an update on my latest project. Service like that makes a big box store feel small-town, which is what brings me back. The one weakness I have noticed is when I require assistance on the floor. It's a lot harder to get the help I require than I feel it should be. If the floor staff picked up their game a little it would easily make 5 stars! |
